What are your business hours?

Our Head Office and permanent showrooms are open on Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Is there a showroom that I can visit?

Yes. We have one of the largest permanent showrooms in Canada spanning over 10,000 square feet located at our Head Office in Surrey, British Columbia. Check out our old Showroom Video Tour.

How do I become an authorized retailer?

Please Register online and allow 1 business day for your account to be approved. Once approved, you will be able to place your order directly online.

Do you sell to end-users?

Holland Imports is strictly a distributor to our authorized retailers. However, if you see something on our website that interests you, we recommend visiting some of Our Partners.

Orders

How do I place an Order?

Please create your own account on the account page. Once you have been approved,  you simply select the products and quantities you are interested in purchasing. Once you have selected everything you wish to purchase, select view cart and proceed to check out.

What is my minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order quantity of $250.

Does Christmas Forever issue back orders?

Back orders will be held at the customers request.

What are the benefits of placing a booking order?

By placing a booking order with Christmas Forever, you are eligible for favorable payment terms, shipping terms, discounted pricing, and the certainty of receiving all your selected product on time.

Do you offer any travel incentives?

Yes we do. Planning on travelling to Las Vegas, Dallas or Atlanta to order Christmas? We offer hotel and travel incentives to visit our Vancouver showroom before US- based shows open. Take a look at our Travel Incentive Requirements and Terms.

Can I special order product?

Yes. At Christmas Forever we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience while working with us, so we will do whatever we can to best suit your needs. Please Email Our Sales Department and tell us what you are looking for.

Shipping

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders over $1,200 will be prepaid to all major points in Canada. Orders over $1,200 to locations not included on the Major Freight Centers list, a fixed percentage will be applied to the order value before taxes based on province. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

Where is your product shipped from?

Our product is shipped from our 180,000 sq. ft Distribution Facility located in Chilliwack, BC. For larger orders, we are also able to arrange shipments directly from our partner suppliers.

Who pays for the shipping of backorders?

The cost of shipping backorders is paid by Christmas Forever

What is the expected turnaround time once I have placed an order?

We begin to ship our Christmas product in September. Please provide us with your required ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customers who book with us receive shipping priority.

Support

What is my warranty timeline on purchases?

All Christmas Forever products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year. This does not cover misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear or extend to parts deemed consumables. For more information go to our Warranties Page.

How do I file a claim?

How can I receive product images?

All of our product images are available for download on our website.  If you have specific requirements, please contact our Graphics Department at graphics@hollandimports.com
